Overview
This project was inspired by an activity that I particularly like to do and that's running: that moment of personal effort and self-improvement. The main objective of the project was to challenge, as in a race, my skills in both visual design and user experience, taking into account 2 aspects: the user's log in and the payment for participation (in the case of runners). UX & UI project.
The New York City Marathon, currently branded as the TCS New York City Marathon for sponsorship reasons, is an annual marathon (42.195 km or 26.219 mi) that courses through the five boroughs of New York City.

inside the project
the challengeCreate a new app that fulfills TCS's requirements, we aim to comprehend and interpret their needs. Our goal is to incorporate all essential functionalities into the platform, catering to various users, while adhering to a fresh visual design that aligns with the brand's essence and user preferences. Additionally, we strive to deliver a user experience that is streamlined, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
key objectives
To develop a cutting-edge product that seamlessly blends contemporary and captivating aesthetics while accommodating two distinct user groups: active runners and dedicated event volunteers or assistants and craft an experience that caters to both sets of users by considering their unique needs and preferences. Likewise, design a visually appealing interface that appeals to modern sensibilities, ensuring it captures attention and engages users effectively.
desired outcomes
Achieve a prototype that allows runners, volunteers, and organizers to utilize a single application on a unified platform. This prototype aims to enable participants to engage in the Marathon according to their preferences, ensuring a highly satisfying experience. Ultimately, the goal is to maintain the ongoing connection between each user and the final product, striving to strike a balance between an attractive visual design and an inclusive experience, considering the requirements of both user categories.
Exploration
In pursuit of the most suitable choice for the client, numerous paper-based explorations were conducted as part of an iterative process, ultimately converging on the optimal solution.
Lo-Fi Wireframes
I explore the initial concept wireframes that capture the essence of design ideas, providing a foundation for the creation of remarkable user experiences.
These raw wireframes serve as the blueprint for creating seamless and intuitive user experiences.
